Refunds or Exchanges?

Currently we are not  offering refunds nor exchanges. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will try our best to solve the issue.

Shipping Policy:

All Items are shipped within 3-7 business days of initial order. We are a small business and try our best to ship out as soon as possible. 

I want something in a different color, is that okay? 

We will try our best to accommodate any requests but we reserve the right to deny or apply additional charges for custom/alterations should the situation call for it.

Can I skip the shipping and pick up in person?

As of now, in person pickup are done on a case by case basis. Normally we do not accept them but should you *really* need that option please message us and we will *try* to accommodate your needs.
